Pengaruh Mediasi Kepuasan Kerja antara Kompensasi terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan PT Candra Gemilang Grogot Kalimantan Timur

This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of compensation on turnover intention, (2) the effect of compensation on job satisfaction, (3) the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention, and (4) the mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship between compensation and turnover intention in employees of PT Candra Gemilang Grogot East Kalimantan. This quantitative research involved 58 employees with census sampling technique and used questionnaires and SEM-PLS analysis (Smart PLS 4.0). The results showed that (1) compensation has a significant negative effect on turnover intention, (2) compensation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, (3) job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on turnover intention, and (4) job satisfaction serves as a significant negative mediating variable between compensation and turnover intention.
